Oluwatoba Oyerinade

Oluwatoba is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning, at the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. His research is particularly interested in including public participation in Marine Spatial Planning. His research also focuses on what public participation strategies would benefit the development process of a Marine Spatial Plan and what can be learned from citizen participation of other countries. He also works on how public-involved marine plans can be achieved to implement ecosystem-based management. Oluwatoba holds a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Agriculture, University of Venda, South Africa, and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria.
